The MSDT Program functions to enable instructors to teach more specialty courses, gain more knowledge and experience (and have more fun!) with specific sets of skills, as well as become more of an asset to any future employers. This program can be offered as either a single component or as a bundled package together with the IDC Program or Staff Instructor program.
